Sales Tax

 

As of October 1, 2006, the state of New Jersey requires that massage therapists
charge sales tax for massage unless you bring a note from your medical doctor,
osteopath, chiropractor, podiatrist, psychologist,  or dentist. In the note include
the purpose of the referral and description of conditions or needs to be addressed.
